Meetings
CTE Program Council meets every 15 days to discuss issues associated with the Program Management.
The resolutions are recorded in the Minutes of the Council, which is subject to homologation at the ITA CPG meeting.
The Council Meetings are held on Mondays before CPG meetings (see calendar).
Subjects of interest of students and teachers should be submitted up to the Friday of the previous week, i.e. one week before the meeting of the CPG. Documents submitted after this deadline will be discussed only at the next meeting (after 15 days approximately).
ATTENTION: Students who are in the deadline for defense of master's or doctorate must observe the deadlines very carefully. The same observation holds for requests for extension of term.
